How fast access appears, how to track an order, and what happens if it fails.
Access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually seconds. The order page turns into a download button in front of you.
How long the file then takes to arrive on your machine depends on its size and your connection, and that part is out of our hands. Full detail in our Delivery Policy.
Yes — an order confirmation, and an invoice if the invoice template is switched on. Both go to the address you gave at checkout.
The email is a receipt, not the delivery. The download itself lives on your order page and in your downloads, which is safer than a link sitting in an inbox.
The payment is confirmed and we are granting access. This is the normal middle state and it usually clears in seconds.
You can close the page safely. It will finish without you, and the download will be waiting in your downloads.
Message us with the Order ID. Do not place a second order for the same thing — that usually just means two orders to sort out instead of one.
If we cannot deliver it, you are entitled to a refund. See Refunds.
Not as a cancellation, because there is nothing to intercept — access is granted immediately. What you can do is request a refund within 72 hours.
