What is HemiCode?

HemiCode is a digital download store. You buy a file — software, a template, a pack of assets, whatever the product page describes — pay, and download it straight away. Nothing ships, nothing needs installing on our side, and there is no waiting for someone to email you a link by hand. The store is operated by DELTRIG , a sole proprietorship owned by Rahul Chouhan, based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

How does buying actually work?

Three steps: Pick the product and add it to your cart. Pay. Download it — the link appears on the order page the moment payment clears. The file also stays in your downloads , so you can fetch it again later from any device you are signed in on.

Do I need an account to buy?

Accepted Answer

No. You can check out as a guest and the download link on your order page will work immediately. We do create an account for you behind the scenes and email you a link to set a password, because that is what lets you download the file again in six months. Without one, the only copy is the one you saved.

What do I actually receive?

The file or files listed on the product page, at the version shown there. Nothing physical, and nothing posted. If a product bundles several files, you get all of them — they appear as separate download buttons on your order.

Can I see what is inside before I buy?

The product page is the description of record: what the file is, what format it is in, how big it is, and what version you are getting. Screenshots where the seller provided them. If something you need to know is missing from the page, ask us before you buy rather than after.

Where is my download?

Accepted Answer

Two places, and they are the same file: On the order page, right after payment. In your downloads , any time after that. If the order page says the download is being prepared, give it a moment and the page will update on its own — you do not need to refresh.

How many times can I download it?

Accepted Answer

As often as you like. There is no download counter and no cap on how many times you fetch a file you have paid for. There is a fair-use rate limit to stop automated hammering, but no normal amount of re-downloading will ever hit it.

How long do I keep access?

Accepted Answer

Indefinitely, as long as the account exists and the order has not been refunded. Buying is not a rental. The link is short-lived, which is a different thing — see the next answer.

Question 9

My download link stopped working.

Accepted Answer

That is expected. Each link is signed and expires after a few minutes, so a URL cannot be copied out of your browser history or a shared screenshot and used by somebody else. Nothing is lost. Open your downloads and press the button again — it mints a fresh link on the spot.

My download stopped halfway. Do I have to start over?

Try your browser's resume first, and if that fails just start it again from your downloads page. A partial file is not a used-up download. On a large file a wired connection or a download manager will treat you better than a phone on patchy mobile data.

The seller released a new version. Do I pay again?

Accepted Answer

If the product is updated in place, your existing purchase points at the current file — open your downloads and you will get the new one. A genuinely new product sold separately is a separate purchase. The product page will make clear which it is.

Can I share the file with a friend?

Accepted Answer

No. A purchase is for you. Passing the file on, reselling it, or putting it somewhere public breaks our Terms of Service and the seller's rights. If two of you need it, buy two.

What can I use it for?

Whatever the product page's own licence says, and that governs. Some products are for personal use, some allow commercial use, some restrict redistribution even when they allow commercial work. If the page does not spell it out and the answer matters to you, ask before buying .

The file will not open.

Accepted Answer

Check the format on the product page first — a file that needs particular software is not broken just because the wrong program tried to open it. If the download itself looks damaged, re-download it once (a truncated transfer is the usual cause). If it is still wrong, message us with the Order ID and what you are seeing, and we will check the file on our side.

Do you scan files for malware?

Files are stored privately and only ever served to the person who bought them, over a signed link. We do not publish a security claim about third-party content beyond that. If you believe a file on this store is malicious, tell us at legal@hemicode.com and we will pull it while we investigate. Treat that as urgent and we will too.

How long does delivery take?

Access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually seconds. The order page turns into a download button in front of you. How long the file then takes to arrive on your machine depends on its size and your connection, and that part is out of our hands. Full detail in our Delivery Policy .

Do I get an email?

Accepted Answer

Yes — an order confirmation, and an invoice if the invoice template is switched on. Both go to the address you gave at checkout. The email is a receipt, not the delivery. The download itself lives on your order page and in your downloads, which is safer than a link sitting in an inbox.

Question 18

My order says "preparing". What does that mean?

The payment is confirmed and we are granting access. This is the normal middle state and it usually clears in seconds. You can close the page safely. It will finish without you, and the download will be waiting in your downloads .

It has been much longer than that. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Message us with the Order ID. Do not place a second order for the same thing — that usually just means two orders to sort out instead of one. If we cannot deliver it, you are entitled to a refund. See Refunds .

Can I cancel an order after paying?

Accepted Answer

Not as a cancellation, because there is nothing to intercept — access is granted immediately. What you can do is request a refund within 72 hours.

What payment methods can I use?

Cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets, through our payment partners. You will see exactly what is available on the checkout page — it depends on where you are and what you are buying.

Which currency am I charged in?

Indian Rupees inside India. Prices may display in another currency for reference, but the amount your bank actually settles is shown to you at checkout before you pay. If your card is issued outside India, your bank may add a conversion or foreign transaction fee of its own. That is theirs, not ours.

Do you store my card details?

No. We never see or store your full card number, your UPI PIN, your netbanking password, or any other payment secret. Those go straight to the payment provider inside their own regulated system. What we keep is the boring part: a payment reference, the amount, whether it succeeded. Enough to match your payment to your order and to refund you. See our Privacy Policy .

My money went out but the order shows nothing. What do I do?

Give it a few minutes first. Payment confirmations sometimes lag behind the money leaving your account, and our system keeps checking on its own — it does not rely on your browser telling it anything. If it still has not moved after that, message us with the Order ID and the payment reference from your bank. If the payment reached us, you get the order or your money back. Neither of us keeps it in limbo.

My payment failed. Was I charged?

Usually not — a failed payment normally means nothing left your account. Sometimes a bank holds the amount temporarily and releases it on its own, typically within a few working days. If you see a hold that does not clear, send us the payment reference and we will confirm from our side whether we ever received it.

Why did my card get declined?

We genuinely do not know, and that is not us dodging — the bank does not tell us. It is usually a limit, an international-transaction block, or the bank's own risk check. Try UPI or netbanking, or ring your bank. If every method fails, message us.

Do you add any extra fee?

No. The total at checkout is the total. No handling fee, no gateway fee, no surprise line added after you click pay.

Is paying here safe?

Payment happens on the payment provider's own secure page or window, so your card details never touch our servers. On our side, an order is only ever marked paid after our server asks the payment provider directly and the amount matches what the order should cost. Nothing your browser says is trusted with that decision. That is deliberate — it is what stops a faked confirmation from unlocking a download.

Open the order in your orders and use the refund option. Tell us briefly what went wrong — that note goes to whoever reviews it, so a sentence of context genuinely helps. You will get an email when the decision is made.

How long do I have?

72 hours from the moment the payment cleared. After that the window is closed and the order is final. One exception: if we never managed to deliver the order at all, you can ask at any time. A failure on our side does not get to time you out.

Is a refund automatic if I ask inside 72 hours?

No — asking opens a request, it does not issue the money. An admin reviews it and either approves or declines, and you are told which. We are not going to pretend that is the same as an automatic refund. It is a review, and the 72 hours is the window to ask, not a guarantee of the answer.

How long does the money take to come back?

Once a refund is approved we send it back through the same payment method you used. How long it then takes to appear is your bank's timeline, typically a few working days. We cannot refund to a different card or account than the one that paid.

Why would a refund be declined?

The most common reason is that the order was delivered and works as described — a download you have had for two days is not returnable the way a physical parcel is, because you still have the file. Requests that look like a pattern rather than a problem are also declined. If you think a decision is wrong, reply to the email and ask for it to be looked at again.

What happens to my download if I am refunded?

Access is revoked. The download disappears from your downloads page and any outstanding link stops working, because you have been given the money back for it. We do keep a record that the purchase and the refund happened — that is accounting, not access.

Can I get a refund because I bought the wrong thing?

Ask, and say so plainly. It is exactly the kind of case the review exists for, and buying the wrong file by mistake is a better reason than most. It helps your case a lot if you have not downloaded it.

Yes, and that is not really a discretionary call — a product that does not match its own description is our problem to fix. Tell us what the page promised and what you actually got.

Sign up with your email and a password, or use a supported sign-in provider if one is offered. It is free. If you have already checked out as a guest, we may have made an account for you — check your email for a link to set a password.

Why should I set a password after a guest checkout?

Because that account is what holds your downloads. With a password you can sign in from any device and fetch the file again; without one, the copy you saved at the time is the only copy you have.

Check spam first, then wait a minute and request another — they sometimes take a moment. Also double-check the address you typed. If nothing arrives at all, tell us the email you used.

Someone is asking me for my sign-in code. Is that you?

No. We will never ask you for it. Not by email, not on chat, not on the phone, not ever. Anyone asking for your code is trying to take your account. Do not share it with anybody, including someone claiming to work here.

Use the forgot-password link on the sign-in page. We email you a reset link. The link expires, so if it has been sitting in your inbox a while, just request a fresh one.

Change your password now, then email support@hemicode.com straight away. Tell us what you noticed and roughly when. We can look at the account's activity and lock it while we sort it out.

Yes, from your account settings. We may ask you to confirm the new address before it takes effect.

Email privacy@hemicode.com from the address on the account and ask. Two things to know first: you lose access to everything you have downloaded, so save your files before you ask — and we have to keep some order and payment records even after deletion because tax and accounting law requires it. Yes. Email privacy@hemicode.com and ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. If you are not happy with how we handle it, escalate to legal@hemicode.com . In India you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Suspensions come from things like payment fraud, chargeback abuse, multiple accounts, redistributing files you bought, or breaking our Terms of Service . If you think we have it wrong, email support@hemicode.com and ask us to review it. A real person will look.

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or change it in your account settings. Order confirmations and refund updates keep coming. Those are part of your purchase, not marketing.

We aim for the same day on order problems. Formal complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours. Downloads are available 24/7, but replies are not. Something raised late at night will usually be answered the next day.

Is the chat assistant a real person?

No, and it will not pretend otherwise. It is an AI assistant that can answer questions about how the store works and look up your own orders when you are signed in. It cannot issue refunds or change an order. Anything that moves money goes to a human.
